I’m a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Florida I’m working on theoretical comparative and diachronic syntax, semantics, their interplay, change, variation, and acquisition. My dissertation ‘Head labeling preference and language change'(@ the University of Connecticut) discusses the diachronic loss of obligatory syntactic movement.
